How much does it cost for delivery?

Just $5!

When do you deliver?

Deliveries are available Sunday through Friday. We do not currently deliver on Saturdays.  Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered same-day between 6 and 9 PM. Any order placed after 2 PM will be added to the following delivery day’s queue.

Do I have to be home to accept a delivery?

Yes, you need to be home.

How does local pickup work?

Local pickup is an option available to anyone, including those outside our delivery area. The pickup times are the same as our delivery times: Orders placed for pickup before 2 PM on a given day will be available for pickup at the brewery starting at 5 PM that day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be available for pickup at 5 PM the following day. 

How old do I have to be to order beer?

You need to be over 21 years of age. Sorry, it’s the law! BottleHop adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations with regard to the distribution and consumption of alcohol. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.

Will you check my I.D.?

Yes. You show us your I.D., we give you beer. Easy.

Awesome. Where do I need to live to be eligible for BottleHop delivery?

Currently BottleHop delivers to select zip codes in San Francisco. If your address is outside our delivery range, we apologize! We’re new and are still growing. But rest assured, it’s our goal to one day provide fresh beer to the entire San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

How long does it take to get my beer delivered?

If we receive your order before 2 PM, we’ll deliver to your door the same day between the hours of 6 and 9 PM. Orders received after 2 PM will arrive the next day between the hours of 6 PM and 9 PM.

What happens if the beer I order runs out?

Good question. Sometimes, unexpectedly, the last keg of a particular beer will kick right before we’re able to fulfill the order. If this happens, our team will reach out to let you know. You can order another beer instead, or receive a full refund. We’re here to help!

Does BottleHop have a mobile app?

Not yet! We do plan to launch a mobile app in the not-so-distant future, but for now our website is fully responsive and mobile-friendly.
